Would you like to work for a top regional law firm committed to providing high quality legal service across a
wide range of practice areas? We are restructuring the Residential Conveyancing Department and recruiting for
proactive and confident team players to work within the busy, friendly and vibrant residential department. You will be required to handle a varied and challenging case load with excellent client care. It is essential that you
have experience in all areas of conveyancing and previous leadership skills are preferred, but not essential.

You will need the ability to produce outstanding quality of work whilst having the ability to multi task and remain
proactive.

You will have day to day responsibility of a small team and report direct to the Head of Departments with regard to
targets and your own teams work flow.

You will be responsible for team members training. The successful candidates will:o Have exceptional client care skills
o Be willing to learn new skills
o Have excellent attention to detail
o Be well organised and self motivated
o Ability to stay calm under pressure
o Good typing skillsFull company training will be given to the successful candidate who will also benefit from staff perks, with the
opportunity to progress and develop your career. All roles are preferably full time although we will consider
