A well-respected law firm, with offices across Leicestershire, is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Executive to join its residential property team.

The firm work hard to deliver a high quality service to its clients.  An ever-growing network of local solicitor firms ensures a reach far beyond its Leicestershire roots.

As a Conveyancing Executive, your primary role will be to run a caseload under supervision, whilst providing support to the Senior Conveyancer.

Other main responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own caseload with supervision;
  • Liaising with third parties i.e. professionals from legal practices, banks and accountancy firms;
  • Preparing documentation;
  • Drafting of documents, letters and contracts;
  • Liaising with clients to ensure full understanding of the purchase and sale contract;

This is a great opportunity for a conveyancer, with at least 1 year’s file handling experience, to join an ambitious and well established conveyancing team.
