A conveyancing assistant is sought for high quality regional office law firm at their central Chester office.
The firm in question has a first-rate reputation across all practice areas, in particular their residential conveyancing offering. The head count within the residential conveyancing department currently stands at 12 with further scope for expansion.
Responsibilities will include opening files, carrying out and checking searches, liaising with all concerned parties, drafting contracts and various other associated conveyancing tasks. This is a support role but with there is ample opportunity to become a fully-fledged fee earner if so desired.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy and customer focused environment and will have excellent demonstrable knowledge of residential conveyancing with the ability to work with minimal supervision whilst delivering a quality service.
