I am currently working with an established Firm of Solicitors in Warwickshire, serving private individuals, businesses and organisations; they are committed to providing a personal and friendly service to their clients. Due to organic growth, the Firm is now seeking a Conveyancing Admin Assistant to join their friendly Property Department. The Firm is a progressive practice combining the knowledge and experience of talented individuals for a successful outcome.
The successful Conveyancing Admin Assistant should have excellent telephone and communication skills. The assistant should also be able to achieve agreed targets and time-recording as appropriate, as well as undertaking any specific training when required to do so. Daily duties will include preparing client engagement letters, other letters and forms as directed, typing correspondence, photocopying, proof-reading, research, filing, taking notes/minutes at meetings and early stage debt collecting. They should also be able operating the case management systems and manage files in line with company policy and legal compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Legal background/experience is essential
