The role involves working as part of a very large team that deals with re-organisation and reconstruction, distressed corporate finance, debt restructuring, and refinancing to formal insolvency procedures such as administration, receivership, voluntary arrangements, liquidation, and bankruptcy together with advising financial institutions, businesses and other key stakeholders on rescue and recovery procedures. In addition my Client advises on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, whether in anticipation of the same or in dealing with their consequences, in industries ranging from retail, health care, and financial services to food and office products.
The successful Candidate will need to be strong team player with a commercial hands on approach, and is likely to be working in a City or leading regional practice, 4pqe plus and currently working in a similar role.
