JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Lincolnshire (commutable from Peterborough, Spalding, Grantham and Boston)
You will be joining a market leading property team who deal with all aspects of commercial property including residential and commercial development, commercial landlord and tenant issues, investment acquisitions and disposals, agriculture and rural property, land for aggregate extraction, renewable energy projects and dispute resolution. Alongside the management of your own caseload you will be expected to contribute to the department's business development work, for instance through generation work through internal referrals, existing client and other related professionals.
The department is rapidly expanding, therefore the firm is interested in talented commercial property solicitors from all levels of PQE over two years. Candidates must be experienced in handling a caseload of commercial property matters for a range of clients, both landlords and tenants. Successful candidates will be apt at business development, have impeccable client management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
