You’ll be joining an established, forward-thinking and highly-reputable Bristol firm, delivering high quality work to meet the ever-changing needs of our commercial clients.
Working with our recently appointed Head of Department, you’ll undertake all elements of commercial property work, whilst also forming, developing and maintaining links with new and existing commercial property clients.

This a full time position but flexibility over days/ hours worked will be considered. Flexibility in terms of hours and days/ agile working will be considered.
To undertake all elements of commercial property fee earning work, including:
+ Sales & purchases of properties and businesses, mortgage & re-financing – both individual and portfolio
+ Landlord & tenant matters including grant and assignment of leases, lease renewals, licenses to assign and to alter, inter alia
+ Development acquisitions & disposals, pension properties, joint venture agreements & all other aspects of commercial property
+ Conducting matters on behalf of clients in an appropriate & efficient manner
+ Management of support services, including departmental secretaries & paralegals
+ Maintaining financial control with particular regard to cash flow control through accurate time-recording, collection of monies on account & billing procedures
+ Ensuring compliance with SAR, SRA Code of Conduct & Lexcel rules and requirements for all matters for which you have conduct
+ Understanding commercial banking documents, such as debentures & personal guarantees
+ Any other reasonable duties as directed by your manager
Marketing & business development activities, alongside our established marketing team, including:
+ Representing the firm at networking events & other sponsored events
+ Developing sources of work
+ Involvement in marketing strategies & initiatives
Cross department working to raise profile and understanding of the work and identify cross-selling opportunities
