Mid Level firm with a noted commercial property offering are looking to consolidate their team. The firm are based in the South Staffordshire / West Midlands corridor and is in a location which is accessible from many parts of the Midlands.
The firm are upwards looking and have a good solid client base. Salary can be very competitive dependant upon experience.
You can expect to manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, acting for the client in developing and managing commercial property as well as making acquisitions and disposals.
There is a clear run for progression for someone here to come in and move up the ranks. So that's the major appeal. A degree of autonomy. You should be a self-starter and have your own networks and be open to business development. This would suit someone who has made an impact elsewhere in a noted team however perhaps needs to move to stand out in their own right.
The work that comes into the firm is varied with regards to commercial property so this role would suit a rain-maker, someone who can cover a wide range of areas of commercial property - not just one particular aspect of commercial property, However the bread and butter of the property work here has been commercial leasing and development work.
You should be committed to living and working in the area so that you can perform business developmnet and network effectively in the region.
