The firm acts on behalf of a broad range of clients including large PLCs, retailers, developers and investors with large property portfolios and this represents an excellent opportunity for a relatively ‘junior’ lawyer who is looking to work as part of a team of recognised specialists.
The firm itself is a long-established practice with a healthy reputation for ‘punching above its weight’ yet is also one of the most dynamic outfits in the market, thus you will often find yourself working on transactions at the top end of what is commonly found in the regions, with referrals from City and international firms being common.
It is expected that you will have accrued circa 2-6 years PQE and had exposure to a broad range of commercial property work throughout this period. You will be a key part of the largest team in the practice, which offers excellent opportunities for career development and impressive remuneration packages for high performers.
