We have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our client who are an established commercial Law Firm in Manchester city Centre.
You will be working together with the Partner of the firm who is well known and has many years’ experience working within Commercial Litigation. Ideally you will be an experience Commercial Litigation Solicitor (ideally 2-5 years PQE, but candidates with experience either end of this scale are still welcomed) You will have experience handling your own caseload of commercial litigated matters including: tax litigation, insolvency, breach of contract, property litigation and other niche areas. You will review cases, provide legal advice, draft documentation and prepare cases for trial.
You will be working with a small, successful team where you will be given good quality work and clients. Ideally we are looking for commercial candidates who want to become a real part of the firm, where the rewards for growth and adding value will be provided.
