A Family run and supportive law firm based in Birmingham is looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their currently expanding department.

To be successful in this role, you will require a flexible attitude to work and the needs of the business, ideally be able to handle your own caseload but support will be given to bring you up to that level if required. The role will consist of insolvency litigation work covering; Breach of Fiduciary Duties/Misfeasance Claims; Transactions at an Undervalue; Preferences; Validation Orders; Wrongful Trading; Bankruptcy Annulments; The Matrimonial Home; Illegal Dividends and Prohibited Name Issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months experience within Commercial Litigation to forge a career in commercial litigation with a firm that will support your training needs and be flexible on personal circumstances with a real positive work environment.

Salary will be negotiable on experience however £20,000 is the ball park figure.
