Our global client is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded legal team based in Leeds city centre. The position will report into the Legal Director and will involve working directly with the sales and finance teams on drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.

The position will cover a broad spectrum of general commercial contracts, including NDA's, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Customer Contracts and Master Service Agreements. On top of this there will be a variety of other legal matters, including outsourcing, procurement and software matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience covering these areas of law and shall have strong commercial capabilities whilst being able to communicate well across all levels of the business. Candidates with a hardworking and can do attitude, who would be willing and able to get involved a number of different areas of work, would be sought.

Our client envisages that candidates with 5 - 8 years PQE will have the relevant skills/knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
