This successful, fast-paced multi-national are recruiting for a commercial contracts solicitor, preferably with a technology bias. We have been instructed on an exclusive basis to assist them with this recruitment assignment.

In this role, you’ll be part of a team of contracts lawyers providing support across various business divisions primarily in relation to client contracts. Whilst the focus will be on contracts for the UK business, part of the role will include advising on contracts for the EMEA business.

You will be a qualified UK solicitor or barrister with a strong academic background and professional training with a reputable law firm or business. You will have proven experience drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts (ideally including technology related agreements)

Knowledge of any of the following areas would be an advantage:

  • Data and/or software licensing
  • Data protection
  • Competition law
  • Intellectual property
  • International contracts
  • Financial services regulation
  • Consumer contracts
