This innovative financial advisory organisation is looking to recruit a contracts specialist to manage the tender and contract process for new corporate and employer clients.
You will be responsible for, amongst other things, managing the drafting and reviewing of client and supplier contracts, liaising with external legal advisers when necessary, manage due diligence requests and continuously improving the tender and contracting process of the company.
Ideally you will have gained 2-3 years’ experience of drafting commercial contracts within the financial services industry. You will also possess excellent communications skills and have negotiation experience and expertise.
