Heavyweight regional practice seeks experienced commercial contracts specialist to join its highly-rated team of business law experts.
The firm is a leading commercial firm, offering clients the ideal combination of high calibre lawyers providing City-quality advice to bluechips, PLCs and international household names, yet with the convenience and lower charge-out rates of a regional Legal 500 practice. As such the firm has continued to grow and expand consistently over a number of years, as well as attracting laterals from local competitors to further bolster this client base.
The firm is now seeking to recruit an experienced commercial contracts lawyer with a broad range of knowledge within this sector, including inter alia, agency agreements, terms of business, supply agreements, franchising agreements, IT agreements and other bespoke commercial contracts as required. Due to the level of autonomy within the role it is expected that the successful applicant will have accrued at least 4 yrs PQE or equivalent, ideally within a high quality commercial firm or in-house environment.
Remuneration is above market rate and is designed to attract the best talent available.
