Client Relationship Manager, Residential Property, Central London
An opportunity has arisen for a client relationship manager to join one of the UKs fastest growing law firms. The residential property team has grown considerably over the last few years and acts for clients UK wide across a range of disciplines. The firm was shortlisted for Firm of the Year at the Conveyancing Awards 2016 as well as achieving other accolades within its area of expertise.
To assist with the growth of the London office, an experienced conveyancer is sought to join as a client relationship manager. This is a rare opportunity to specialise purely in maintaining and expanding relationships with clients and referrers. Main duties will be to develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. You will work closely with the business in delivering solutions according to customer needs and objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities and delivering presentations to existing and potential clients.
You will be an experienced conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or account manager with a good knowledge of the conveyancing process and property industry. You will be a strong communicator who is able to credibly deal with people at all levels of the organisation. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and communicate monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
