I am currently working with a well-established, friendly Law Firm who provide high standard legal advice to all their clients. They are now looking to recruit a Client First Response Team Member to join their firm on a permanent, full time basis.
The role will include taking initial instructions from clients on RTA cases by telephone or in person therefore it is essential that the candidate has knowledge on range of personal injury matters as well as excellent communication skills and a professional image. You will also be required to explain how a CFA works, ensure client care documents are sent to clients and learn how to use the MOJ portal.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about their career and is extremely open too willing to learn new skills.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Must have some knowledge of Personal Injury
• Essential that you have good IT Skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work efficiently on own initiative
• Show aptitude to learn progress career within Personal Injury
• Location: West Yorkshire
• Salary range (DOE): £14,000 - £15,000
• Job type: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (full-time)
