The Opportunity;
Slater Gordon Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator in the Client Care at our Watford Office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with office based administration experience to join a leading Law firm.

Responsibilities;

*

Monitoring 5 inboxes and ensure all correspondence is dealt with.

*

Logging all new complaints, monitoring responses, updating details and recording the outcome.

*

Delegating new complaints to client care handlers and ensuring they adhere to time frames.

*

Ensuring that the correct escalation processes are followed.

*

Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and ensure it is delivered/sent correctly.

*

Scanning all complaint correspondence to the relevant file, including emails.

*

Assisting with the collation of evidence bundles for the Legal Ombudsman.

*

Accepting receipt of paper files and ensuring prompt return to the correct office on completion.

*

Assisting with the collation of numerous reports.

*

Updating file details on the system

*

Working on any other admin ad hoc duties as required

What we are looking for;

Computer literate with good Word, Excel and Outlook skills

*

Excellent organisation and time management

*

Good verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone manner

*

Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

*

Excellent punctuality and attendance record
