Our client, a leading law firm with offices throughout South Yorkshire and Derbyshire are seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Property department at their office located in the Peak District National Park.
The role will involve assisting a Conveyancing Fee Earner with their caseload and your duties will include; Preparing Completion Statements & Accounts, Dealing with Client Queries over the Phone & Face to Face and Dealing with Exchanges & Completions.
The successful applicant will have previously worked as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal and experience within Residential Property is essential. Additionally you will be able to demonstrate the ability to draft non legal documents, fast & accurate typing (minimum of 45 wpm), able to organise & prioritise large volumes of documents and knowledge of all Microsoft packages and CMS Databases.
