Child Care Solicitor - Newly Qualified - Milton Keynes
Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a newly qualified Child care Solicitor to work in our Milton Keynes office.
Key Skills Required:
These roles will involve dealing with a range of public and private family/children cases including child abduction, child protection issues, special guardianship, divorce, dissolution of civil partnership and financial proceedings as well as undertaking your own advocacy.
The successful candidates will have a passion for public funded family/child care work and have the ability to manage and supervise trainees and caseworkers. Experience in own advocacy is an advantage and the candidate should be able to demonstrate continuous professional development.
You will be a professional with a pro-active approach, have excellent client care skills and the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business.
The Company will support successful candidates with their family and/or children panel application.
An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.
Candidates must have a clean, valid Practising Certificate at the time of applying.
