Child Care Solicitor , Lincoln
Well known regional firm are looking to expand their Family Law department with the appointment of a child care solicitor to manage a caseload of childcare matters from start to completion.
The Family Solicitor will manage their own caseload of Public Funded Childcare matters, retaining full ownership of a case through to conclusion. You will have at least 6 months experience working within a Family or Childcare department and be keen to carry out your own advocacy.
Applications from solicitors at NQ-4 years PQE will be considered to complement the team "fit" and salaries would be between £25K and £35K accordingly and you should have a genuine interest in public law children matters.

The department is run by two Partners and they are looking for someone newly qualified who can take on their own caseload. As well as the two Partners there are 4 support staff. So a great team set up with people more senior than you available to learn from and people more junior than you to support you.
