My client requires an Assistant Litigation Executive to join a team focused on managing fast track road traffic accident, employers liability and public liability personal injury cases outside of the MOJ process subject to appropriate supervision. The role is based at my client's Bristol office where you will progress cases effectively in order to establish liability and causation, and then to obtain appropriate compensation for the client. You'll manage a range of cases with approximately 25% litigated.
The position will require you to conduct litigation in RTA, EL and PL personal injury cases in order to obtain appropriate compensation for clients, contribute to the department's revenue targets and handle an RTA , El and PL caseload of pre-litigation and litigated cases of mixed liability and quantum disputes and post litigation matters. You will litigate in the region of 25% of your caseload successfully, undertaking simple court hearings
The successful candidate will be passionate as an Assistant Litigation Executive and passionate about managing Personal Injury cases.
You'll be managing a high volume case load and so you'll need to be used to this with some litigation experience.
