This software solutions business with operations across the UK, Russia and America now seeks to recruit an Assistant Legal Counsel for its Nottingham office.

Working alongside the In-house Legal Counsel you will ensure compliance with data protection and other relevant regulatory bodies as well as reporting to the MD on compliance issues and violations.

You will assist the Legal Counsel with drafting and reviewing customer and supplier contracts, agreements and other legal documentation in addition to conducting research on various legal and compliance issues.

Ideally you will have a background in data protection and/or regulatory compliance in a finance/banking/payments industry.
