Administrator for Law Firm - £22,000 + benefits
If you have 6 months+ administration/office experience but are looking for your next step then this is the perfect role for you!
Our client is a small but technologically advanced growing law firm based in the City and they are looking to expand their support team with someone they can train up.
What they are looking for is a bright and confident person with a real “can-do” attitude who wants to learn and sees this as a great way to kick-start their career in business administration. Ideally you will be computer literate (on Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and have 6 months experience working in an office, in London or locally.
Duties will include;
· Preparing invoices and updating their financial systems (full training given)
· Supporting the solicitors with their work
· Some copy & audio typing
· Filing and general office administration
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
· Ordering office supplies
· Assisting the accounts team with banking
· Making deliveries to the Courts
Although this is a law firm, they are not looking for law graduates who are looking for experience or a “way in” as this won’t lead to a paralegal position or training contract – they want someone genuinely looking for a career in business administration.
