Full-time Legal Secretary – King’s Lynn Office
We are seeking an experienced legal secretary.
To apply for this position, you must be able to use initiative, pay attention to detail and be able to prioritise. You must be highly organised with the ability to multitask a high workload.
Experience required (preferred but not essential):
Minimum 2-3 years as a residential conveyancing secretary
Audio and IT skills with a minimum typing speed of 70wpm.
A familiarity with all Land Registry, SDLT, common Landlord & Tenant forms, both online and using in-house software
Full understanding of Case Management Software.
This position would suit an experienced, highly organised legal secretary who enjoys keeping busy and carrying out tasks with little supervision.
Salaries are competitive and based on experience.
Part Time Receptionist – March Office
We are looking to recruit a competent and articulate receptionist on a part-time basis.
The position involves all the normal front of house skills as well as some knowledge of case-management software with good IT skills and a friendly but professional manner.
The successful Receptionist will work in a front of house capacity, managing a varied workload to include: meeting and greeting clients; answering a busy telephone and taking messages for fee earners; file management/file closing; keeping front of house/client meeting areas tidy and appropriately stocked; daily banking and handling petty cash; general office administration and; providing cover where required for other members of the team. A friendly and confident telephone manner and previous switchboard experience are essential.
