Due to plans for growth and the growing reputation of the firm, they are looking to recruit an admin assistant to carry out general administration duties. The role will include the following duties:
- Supporting the fee earning teams with filing, archiving of documents, scanning and photocopying.
- Welcoming clients to the office
- Handling incoming telephone calls, taking messages from clients,
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- General administrative duties as required.
The successful administration assistant will have a great attention to detail, as well as being able to work quickly and accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills & communication in person, writing and over the phone is essential for this position. You must also be advance on work, Microsoft and excel and this position requires you to be computer literate.
